Elastic Resistance Bands clip to the base of the Bowflex and directly onto handle attachments allowing you to 2-3x the stock resistance. 

• 12 Black Bands (8 spares) - each is equivalent to a 50lb Power Rod
  • Recommend - 2 Black Band on each side at a time
    
• 4 Red Bands (2) spares - each is equivalent ~20lbs of Power Rod resistance
  • Recommend - 1 Red Band on each side at a time
• 1 Pair Premium Short Handles
• 1 Pair Multi-Connection Ankle Straps
• 6 Polished Carabiner Clips
• 5 Fastening Straps (attach resistance bands to machine)
• 2 Securing Straps (wrap Power Rods when not in use & wrap Leg Extension for sit-ups)
