Squat Bar Pad

Squats and Lunges are tough enough. Make them a little more comfortable with this high-density foam pad. Works perfectly with the Bowflex Squat Bar--a must have for anyone trying to make Leg Day part of their regime. 

In an few early videos, I showed a "hack" of creating a similar pad with a pool noodle. That works okay for a while, but they're not going to last like this product will. This product is much more comfortable too!
