PR Foundations - Strength Training for All Levels [Flat Bench]
We're going back to the basics to build a solid foundation. This program and the routines are for all levels of fitness and done in Push-Pull-Legs splits. These routines use the principles of hypertrophy and progressive overload to build muscle. I recorded the routines on a PR1000, though they can also be done on a Blaze, Classic, or any Flat Bench style Bowflex with a Lat Tower.
Foundations is designed for all levels of fitness. Some lifters will require additional resistance to exhaust the muscle(s) worked in a set. For that, I recommend my Resistance Upgrade Kit.
I highly recommend tracking your weight settings as you progress through each routine. This not only helps you push yourself further but also allows you to monitor your progress over time. It's incredibly satisfying to see how far you've come!
