This program is designed to target the muscle groups women often focus on, utilizing higher rep style routines to achieve a lean and toned appearance.
This program consists of 6 different routines that can be done at all levels. For total beginners, I recommend my Bowflex 101 program.
One great thing about resistance training though is it scales with the amount of resistance racked up--this means beginners can also participate, although they may find the pace challenging if they lack cardio fitness. You can also repeat this program multiple times with emphasis on increasing resistance, technique, or just to improve you look and feel.
